I consider it a privilege to support people navigating through challenges in life. Are you a young adult struggling with the transition to independence? Are you a parent of a youth wondering how to best support your child in this process? Or are you a person/couple struggling through your journey with infertility? If so, I have over 20 years experience counselling emerging adults, their parents and those trying to grow their families. I also provide counselling to individuals and couples using donor conception to start/grow their families and will provide reports to their respective fertility clinics as needed.
I am passionate about providing evidence-based therapies to my clients and making tools and skills easily understood. I have my Masters Degree in Social Work, training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness/Meditation and am a Certified Yoga Instructor!
