Extended Grief Therapy
Extended Grief Therapy provides emotional support to individuals who are going through a similar loss. In this community setting, each individual is able to talk about their feelings and receive validation from others who can relate to their experiences. It's a safe space that allows individuals to give and receive support that strengthens their healing and recovery. It is also a space where new friendships are formed.
