My specialities vary in range. I specialize in trauma informed counselling, intimate partner violence, mental health(depression, anxiety and bipolar). However, throughout my counselling experience I have engaged with clients to discuss life transitions and how their transitions impact them and how they can mange new emotions.
Cultivating a healthy relationship, collaboration and providing a safe space for the client is a key factor in my practice. My hope for the client is for them to ultimately feel they have control over their lives, foster strong interpersonal relationships and feel empowered.
