Life can be overwhelming as we long for acceptance and belonging in a world that is stressful and lonely. Losses and transitions in life impact us in waves of grief and emotional pain. Relationships may be conflictual, confusing and at times, we feel like we are "not enough". We need clarity and connections in our lives and relationships. Conversations on the Bridge offers you a safe, confidential space to find out the possibilities of who you are at this moment, and to discover the opportunities of who you may become.
With a Master Degree (Clinical Counselling), my focus is to help you build bridges of connection within yourself, and with others. I have developed a creative individualized therapy which offers insight into the deeper causes of your unique needs for change. Trauma Recovery Transformation invites a more calming, connecting, and courageous way to BE.
My own journey includes anxiety, depression, burnout, empathy and insight, as I was once the client. As a Mom of 5 adult children and Mima to many, I offer life experience for individual and families. My passion is to edutain the community on mental health, through workshops and online courses. Spiritual direction offered as requested.
