I am a Registered Psychotherapist who works with adolescents (18 and older), adults and seniors in a safe and supportive environment to help with the treatment of depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief and loss, relationship issues, life transitions, identity, problems adjusting to life situations, career decision making and stress management. I am collaborative in my approach and work with clients to help increase awareness, gain insight and translate the new insight into moving forward in different ways. In addition, I focus on helping clients identify and build on existing strengths and develop resilience.
I work with Olympic, high performance and recreational athletes to address obstacles that may be in the way of them achieving optimal performance.
In addition, I am an Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. In this role, I work with clients to help them both identify and create a plan to achieve important life goals.
