Relationships can be difficult if you don't know the rules! As a psychotherapist with over 25 yrs experience walking with individuals, couples, and families through the turbulent times in life. I have been able to help many relationships to heal and be healthier. Sometimes all a person needs is a different way of seeing what is before them, which allows them to deal with an issue that once blocked them from the relationships they desired.
I take an eclectic approach because I believe every person is unique; not one person is the same as another. This means that I use a variety of different counselling approaches so that I can walk beside each client as they explore new and healthier paths for themselves.
My active listening and non-judgmental attitude allow for a safe, caring setting which puts my clients at ease. My intuition and discernment help us "get to the core" of issues.
