My name is Mileah, and I am a Trauma & Spiritually-Informed Therapist. I work with individuals who have experienced trauma or are interested in understanding more about their core self. I use both clinical and holistic modalities and elemental wisdom to guide clients on their healing journey, including CBT, Mindfulness, breath work and more. It's my belief that the more we align with our mind, body and soul, the more flow and peace we will feel in every aspect of our lives. Combining evidence- based practices with holistic practices, including mindfulness- informed therapy, I assist my clients in discovering their authentic-self, and use their strengths to identify negative patterns, accept their present state whether positive or negative, and overcome their challenges to attain their goals and lead their most authentic lives.
Through my own journey of learning and healing, I have learned about gratitude, self-compassion and the power of connection.
