Childhood is often thought of as a magical time. The reality is that many kids face problems that leave them feeling worried, scared, angry, sad or confused. This can be difficult and heart breaking for parents trying their best to connect with and support their child. Very often, despite a caregiver’s best effort to learn more and help solve the problem, a child’s response is “I don’t know”.
