With over 11 years of social work and counselling experience, I am knowledgeable and equipped to provide you with safe, confidential and effective counselling. I will work collaboratively with you as you gain the knowledge and skills you need to address your concerns and achieve your goals.
I utilize treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Emotional Focused Therapy. I also utilize variety of other therapeutic approaches to address the unique needs of each client.
I am experienced in working with people from diverse social, cultural, ethnic and economic backgrounds in addressing concerns such as addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, men's concerns, and life coaching. I am an NIHB provider with Indigenous Affairs Canada.
