For over fifteen years, I have supported individuals of all ages and families striving to make positive changes in their lives and deal with challenges, trauma, and various other experiences and stressors. I have extensive training and experience in various treatment models. I aim to provide clients with a therapeutic experience that is both meaningful to my clients and builds on and honours their current strengths and knowledge.
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and am pursuing a doctorate in Counselling and Psychotherapy; my research has focused on the impacts of first responder trauma on themselves and their families. Additionally, I have specialized training in Addictions Treatment and Prevention and am a Certified Trauma Treatment Specialist.
