I believe there is an innate strength in all of us; I also know that living a fulfilling and meaningful life can be a profoundly challenging task. If you are struggling with a life transition, depression, anxiety, or behaviours and emotions that aren't comfortable for you, counselling may be able to help you shift things. A therapist with compassion, empathy, and a base of knowledge about human behavior and psychology can be an extremely powerful agent in achieving change.
I believe healing is possible in all situations, and that having a caring and honest professional walking along side you can be a powerful agent of change. I focus on empowering people to achieve the life that they desire, create healing, and gain the contentment, peace, or change that they seek in their lives.
I have experience working with adults, adolescents, families, and couples addressing a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, life transitions, LGBTQ2S+ issues, loss, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, self-harm, living with illness, and spiritual questioning.
