As a provisional psychologist, I seek to create a safe and welcoming environment for clients to work through the challenges that are preventing them from leading the life they desire. I derive great satisfaction from facilitating a client's discovery of their strengths and talents. I believe that there is always room to make things better, and it is my very nature to find a way to help clients achieve their goals both inside and outside of the counseling environment.
I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, coaching, transition issues, grief and loss, stress management, interpersonal conflict resolution, spiritual issues, and concerns, as well as experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). I also enjoy working with organizations to create opportunities to discuss and teach on various topics on mental health. My practice works with children and their families, adults, and couples.
I am a registered provisional psychologist with Cultivate, a multidisciplinary team of counselors, psychologists, naturopathic doctors, social workers, physical therapists, yoga instructors and other professionals. As a team, we consult with each other in order to optimize the level of treatment that each client receives.
