I'm pleased to be trained in both Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure for Trauma clients, as well as CBT and DBT.
My model of therapy is integrative, utilizing evidence-based approaches to empower clients to make meaningful change. Using the modalities of Narrative, as well as Cognitive-Behavioural therapies, my person-centered style creates a warm and non-judgemental place in which to explore your most sensitive and difficult issues.
