As a registered Psychologist with over a decade of experience, I offer a safe, confidential and accepting therapeutic connection to facilitate my clients with their therapy goals. I work with both individuals and couples that maybe be struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, work/life balance, relationship insecurity or grief/trauma. I come to each counselling session with a passion for my work and it is an honor to collaborate with each and every one of my clients on their counselling journey.
I am theoretically diverse, having advanced training in CBT, EMDR, EFT, ACT and mindfulness techniques. I am not limited to these approaches and respect that each individual is unique and will need a therapy style that fits them. I tailor my sessions by taking into account both presenting concerns and personal style of each client.
Making change is hard, and should not be done alone. It's hard to know where to begin, especially when under stress. Having someone to guide you and be in your corner can make all the difference. I am here to be along side you on your journey to healing, self understanding and growth.
