I believe it takes a lot of courage to reach out for support. In my practice, I strive to honour that courage and meet you where you're at. I am a Registered Psychologist working in SW Calgary and I work from a trauma-informed and client-centered perspective. I strive to be inclusive and sex-positive. I am trained and experienced in working with topics related to sex, sexuality, gender, and relational diversity (open relationships, non-monogamy, poly). I have unique and extensive experience in issues related to sexuality and Christianity. I also have experience working with trauma, addiction, and anxiety.
My background includes 15+ year's working in the non-profit sector with vulnerable youth and their families and my practice includes individual (12+), family, and group counselling. I have specialized training in sex therapy, EMDR, and DBT.
