As a Registered Psychologist with over 20 years of experience, I have clinical experience and training working with children, youth, adults and families in the Edmonton and surrounding areas. Many of the young children I work with present with challenges with attention, sleep, regulation, toileting, anxiety, feeding issues, aggression, etc. Parents also express concerns with parenting and attachment concerns.
In addition to my work in early childhood, I also work with older children, adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of social, emotional, behavioural and/or developmental challenges. Common concerns include stress management, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, work-life balance & marital or family issues.
I work out of 2 offices - the ElmTree Clinic and Helix Psychology (in Windermere). In addition to my office practice, I am able to complete school, home and community visits when requested or needed. I find I can collect rich assessment information that can add to treatment planning from other environments.
