My name is Faith Wildman and I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist. I have experience supporting children, teens, adults, post-secondary students, couples and families with a wide range of mental health and relational needs.

My approach is grounded in the belief that therapy should feel safe, personalized, and collaborative. I draw from CBT, DBT, trauma-informed practice, solution-focused therapy, and family systems approaches to match each client’s needs. My goal is to create a space where people feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.
Having recently moved to Northern Alberta, I am excited to put down roots in this community and support the wellbeing of individuals and families in the region.
