Whether you are experiencing concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges or difficulty adjusting to life transitions, I’m here to help. I can also support you with concerns related to perinatal mental health or parenting. My role involves helping you feel connected, safer and supported while aiming to meet your therapeutic goals. I offer a non-judgmental and collaborative space for you to explore your presenting concerns and reconnect with your strengths. My hope is that our work together will help you better understand and process the needs for which you are seeking support.
My practice is focused on developing a therapeutic alliance while engaging individuals in attachment-based, trauma-informed therapy. I integrate concepts from different modalities including EMDR, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural, and interpersonal therapies as well as intersectional feminist and anti-oppressive practice principles.
I recognize that each person brings with them their own lived experience and tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. I will hold space for these needs while also situating them within the context of systemic barriers that may intersect to negatively impact your mental health. Together, we will try to identify the best path towards healing for you.
