Welcome to my page! What if it was possible to heal and transform the painful feelings we carry and experience expanded states of compassion, connection, joy, and peace in our lives? This is often a gradual process but one that I experience in my own life and lives of clients regularly. Together we can explore the roots of whatever is currently calling your attention - be it safe emotional expression, self-compassion, healthy relating, embodied sexual and erotic expression, spirituality, and/or racial identity. These roots can span across multiple generations, often inviting us to tune in to our ancestral history.
I am skilled in working with wounds rooted in childhood and often connect with the inner child (younger parts of us that may be stuck in the past) to help them heal. As we work together to uncover and integrate what is held in your subconscious mind, you may notice more choice in your behaviours, greater internal harmony, and more energy for truly living.
There are many paths to healing and growth. I primarily draw on my training and experience in Internal Family Systems Therapy (parts work), Hakomi Therapy (mindfulness-based and body-centered), Ancestral Lineage Healing, and Somatic Sex Education.
