Welcome! I have over 20 years working with teenagers, young adults and older adults. I invite you to reach out if you have experienced childhood trauma, anxiety, grief (loss, death, separation/divorce), parenting/coparenting or relationship issues. Working with me will provide you insight into making sense out of your personal struggles while helping you learn tools to create positive change. As a compassionate counsellor I am available to teach the needed skills for navigating relationships, building confidence and strengthening your mental health. My hope for you is always that you become the best version of yourself!
Located at the corner of Howard and Cabana this office space offers privacy and a safe space to share with a compassionate counsellor.
I utilize a Cognitive Behavioural approach (CBT), a Dialectical Behavioural approach (DBT) and am recently EMDR certified. I have expertise in Attachment, Trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder as well as in Anxiety and Grief. I will use an approach that compliments your needs while working to resolve distress and strengthen resilience.
It can be an intimidating process to start but the results are well worth the journey. Working together will help you find relief from the distress you are experiencing.
