Welcome! I have over 20 years working with teenagers and adults. I invite you to reach out if you experience childhood trauma, grief (loss, death, separation/divorce), parenting or relationship issues. As a compassionate counsellor I am available to teach the needed skills for navigating relationships, building confidence and strengthening your mental health. I utilize a Cognitive Behavioural approach (CBT) as well as a Dialectical Behavioural approach (DBT). I have expertise in Attachment, Trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder as well as in Anxiety and Grief. Working with me will provide you insight into making sense out of your personal struggles while helping you learn tools to create positive change.
