I do integrative work with adults and children. (If approached to work with a child, I first do a series of individual sessions with parents in order to scan for and process their own histories that may be feeding the triggers their children set off in them.) I am currently providing DBR (Deep Brain Reorienting) therapy shaped by my former uses of EMDR, Brainspotting, parts work (guided by structural dissociation theory), Theraplay, SSP and sand tray techniques. Lenses that guide my practice include trauma, attachment, systems, anti-racist and loving justice. Practice hours are 9-5pm weekdays.

I am a DBR therapist working towards certification. I am a certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant in Training (CIT) serving adults and children (trained under Ana Gomez). Because it can be difficult to articulate some emotions and experiences, I use art and play techniques.
