Art Therapy provides an environment to creatively express your thoughts and feelings, increase insight, and improve a sense of overall well-being. Clients benefit from their work with a variety of media including; pencil, paint, clay, to name a few. Emphasis is on the process of creating, not artistic ability or the final product.
