I have helped hundreds of individuals, couples, and families heal, grow, and connect. As a relational therapist, I appreciate the impact that our relationships have on our well-being. I do not see clients as having something wrong with their minds that necessarily needs to be fixed. Rather, I see my clients as unique individuals, each with their own stories and perspectives, embedded in important relationships and contexts that impact them. I see strengths and I see hope, even when it feels like there is none.
I provide a calm, non-judgmental, and supportive space for my clients to explore deeper emotions and gain insight. Further, by using a strength-based, solution-focused approach, I help my clients by collaboratively finding strategies to move forward, which is especially helpful when clients feel stuck with their mental health and relationships.

We provide Individual, Couple, & Family Therapy. We believe that there is good in everyone and hope for all situations. We believe that healing happens through connection. As relationship therapists, we help our clients connect with what's most important: partners, family, community, culture, faith, and our relationship with ourselves. We have offices in Mississauga and Guelph, as well as providing therapy remotely via Phone or Video across Ontario.
