Mind-Body Health: I assist people in developing three fundamental human "systems" of Mind, Body, and Spirit/Energy. These three interactive Systems work at the same time, like three cogs in a machine, and are somewhat unique to each person according to their outlook on life and the context they find themselves in. For example the Fear around COVID has brought forth additional stressors to impact these Systems by activating the sympathetic nervous system (the fight/flight/freeze stress response). Together we will develop practical life "experiments" to better activate these Systems for psychological flexibility (e.g., meditation)
