Sometimes life gets overwhelming, and it becomes difficult to see the forest for the trees. Our approach to therapy is client-centered, with the focus on guiding clients to identify and reach their goals.
All of our therapists' have Masters' level education and are trained in several different therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). The clinic also offers Neurofeedback, EMDR, Brainspotting and the Safe & Sound Protocol. Neurofeedback research points to improvement in cognitive functioning, sleep, mood regulation, and attention.
