At Evolve Counselling & Wellness we provide a safe and welcoming environment to help individuals of all ages and demographics work through a variety of life challenges. Each counsellor at Evolves comes with great experience and desire to provide compassionate and quality care to our clients. Everyone at Evolve aims to meet people where they are at in their mental health and wellness journey. Our knowledgeable counsellors offer an assortment of therapy techniques to meet the unique needs of our clients. All clinicians are client centered and utilizes a trauma-informed care approach with everyone.
Evolve offers, but is not limited to, the following modalities: cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), accelerated resolution therapy (ART), play therapy, expressive arts, polyvagal therapy, somatic experiencing, narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and compassionate inquiry.
In addition to counselling, we also provide services such as reiki, access to a psychiatric liaison nurse, and dieticians. We offer individual, couple, and family counselling for all ages. All counsellors offer in-person, online, and phone appointments. Price per counsellor will range from $145- $200.
