As part of my therapy practice, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, NLP, Reality Therapy along with Spirituality and Hypnotherapy in sessions. This combination of tools provides results you can measure and feel for yourself. You will better understand your self and navigate life with a fresh new perspective and way of being.
