I believe in creating a sustainable & accessible space for health to flourish. While open to supporting any individual interested in exploring the Art Therapy process, my areas of focus are: Navigating Emotions & Trauma with Children, Adolescents & Teens. Navigating Learning Styles/Differences (ADHD, Neurodiversity, Autism Spectrum). Creating Accessible support for Youth & Adults with different abilities and challenges. Navigating Stress & Anxiety & building capacity. Depression. Pregnancy & Postpartum support (experience as a Doula) • Trauma • Pregnancy Loss. I welcome 2SLGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities as an advocate and ally.
Art Therapy can offer a path for all individuals to connect with themselves, accessing their voice & reducing anxiety while increasing self-esteem, awareness & confidence. I work in a relational, humanistic and feminist frame of respect, faith & acceptance. This intentional client-centered approach to healing permeates each session.
While art making is not required, those interested in the approach can expect self-reflective art making. No art experience required. Expressive arts are a life enhancing catalyst for healing; clients may experience heightened creativity & life enrichment while resolving and integrating conflict, contributing to both individual & community well-being.
