Everpath Therapy supports teens, young adults, adults, couples, children, and LGBTQIA2S+ individuals navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, burnout, and life transitions. We also provide support for women during pregnancy and postpartum, helping clients manage the emotional changes that can come with prenatal and postnatal experiences. Many of our clients are high-functioning on the outside but internally struggling with stress, overthinking, self-doubt, or feeling disconnected from themselves and others.

You look like you have it together but inside, it’s a different story. You overthink texts, replay conversations, and feel responsible for keeping everyone else happy. Saying “no” feels impossible, and relationships leave you anxious, drained, or second-guessing yourself. You might be the reliable, Type A one (or type B) - but it comes at a cost: constant pressure, people-pleasing, and never quite feeling settled in yourself or your relationships.

Grief doesn’t always look like sadness. Sometimes it shows up as irritability, emotional shutdown, exhaustion, or anger that feels like it comes out of nowhere. You might be trying to keep life moving while internally feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in a version of yourself that doesn’t feel familiar anymore. Stress builds quietly until even small things feel heavy. Anxiety can sit in the background all day, while depression makes motivation and joy feel far away.

You might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or constantly “in your head,” even when things look fine on the outside. Maybe school, family expectations, or relationships feel heavy, or you notice yourself overthinking, striving for perfection, or being hard on yourself. You may feel stuck between who you are and who you think you should be, unsure how to slow down, set boundaries, or trust yourself. Deep down, you want relief, clarity, and a space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and finally exhale - without judgment or pressure to have it all figured out.
