I believe that we all deserve to develop our sense of self and our sense of meaning in a compassionate and non-judgmental space. Together, we can give voice to the many parts of your internal and relational world and start to build towards the changes you want to see in your life.
I harness trauma-informed, collaborative approaches that centre your strengths and honour our need for connection and belonging. I have experience and passion for working with 2S-LGBTQIA+ folks and supporting people with a wide variety of relationship structures, values, and practices. I also work with folks experiencing all levels of dissociation.
