I believe therapy should feel human, collaborative, and grounded in the reality of your everyday life. Many of the people I work with are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel sustainable — whether that’s within themselves, their relationships, or the life they want to be living. I support individuals and couples navigating anxiety, chronic stress, low mood, and complex emotional or relational challenges with a holistic, integrative approach that looks at the bigger picture. Together, we work toward understanding your needs more clearly, strengthening boundaries, and improving overall health.

I support individuals navigating stress, trauma, overwhelm, anxiety, and addictions. I help people understand and manage the impacts of trauma, ADHD, and substance use, and I believe that no one is meant to handle life’s hardest moments alone. Most of us try to push through on our own, but reaching out for support is a sign of strength—not failure. I work with both adults and youth who want to better understand themselves, feel more emotionally regulated, and build meaningful, sustainable change in their lives. My approach is down-to-earth, trauma-informed, and centered on creating a space for growth, and healing
