As a husband, father, and leader in my community, I have personally faced life transitions like job loss, relocating, health issues, and associated mental health challenges. Informed by evidence-based techniques like Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and DBT/CBT, I work with you to find opportunities for growth and resilience.
