About
You may not yet know what you are looking for. All you know is that you want something to change. Or, you know exactly what you are looking for, what specifically you want to change, and this is why you are seeking someone like me. Either place is a great place to start. My job is to support you to envision the life you long for that you are not yet living, and to support you to take the steps to create it. You can do this. Along the journey, it is helpful to have a guide and a map. This is where I come in. I can provide both.
Anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and a lack of enthusiasm are signs that you may be off your path of your fullest joy, contentment, connection and fulfillment. The maps I use include an understanding of the neurobiology that underlies our experiencing the above. Another map helps us understand how to skillfully relate to various thoughts and feelings.
Other maps I use give context of how to understand our personal predicaments in the context of our culture and society. Many of us have never traversed the territory of our inner selves without getting freaked out - and so we avoid. I am here to create a space of safety and to support you to develop the confidence to do the hard work of healing.
