I strive to help clients find their space of power through slowing down, being curious, and exploring their inner self. I use multiple counselling styles which are grounded in solution-focused, trauma-informed, strength-based and attachment perspectives and have a very relational style of interaction.
I enjoy working with couples and individuals ages 12+ and have training in Attachment-focused EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), recovering from sexual assault, the neurobiology of trauma, couple (including Gottman Levels 1 & 2 and EFT), mindfulness strategies, learning and memory.
