Areas of expertise include: work with couples who want to make their relationship authentic,: a source of intimate connection. Work with people who identify as more introverted to support a reinterpretation of what that means and feels like. Work with clinicians who need an experienced therapist to do their own work. I also provide clinical supervision.
I use several types of modalities: Compassionate Inquiry, Elder wisdom shared by several Indigenous Elders, Internal Family System and Solution Focused Therapy. I focus primarily on somatic/energetic approaches to the work. I incorporate mindfulness and narrative therapy to enhance the degree of connection and the scope of the personal impact.
