I am a Prepare/Enrich facilitator for marital and premarital counselling also have training in Focusing, Theraplay, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I use an integrated approach in my practice that includes CBT, EFT, Narrative, Attachment theory, and Personality theories. Using an integrated approach enables me to tailor treatment to meet your needs.
I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples and families from different backgrounds with cultural diversity. I also enjoy working with children and youth with my training in Theraplay.
