My clinical psychology training allowed me to acquire CBT-based, psychodynamic, family-oriented and person-centered methods, as well as several indirect techniques (e.g. symbolic, relaxation, imaginative and more), which I have used in my practice to help individuals and couples with a wide range of mental health concerns.
I've mainly worked with trauma, which can appear in the background of most issues and have an impact on mental health. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, battling your emotions, or if past experiences keep repeating, affecting you or your relationship in the present, I can help you unravel key elements and patterns and regain control over your life.
