Therapy can be life-changing—but it can also feel intimidating. Esther understands this well. Coming from a background where counseling wasn’t always accepted, her own search for support felt overwhelming and uncertain. Now, as a therapist, she helps others navigate that same journey—especially those asking, “How do I find someone who truly gets me?” Esther takes a person-centered, trauma-informed approach and integrates tools from: Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, AEDP (Level 2), Gottman Couples Therapy (Levels 1 & 2), EFFT, Somatic work, and, Motivational Interviewing.
She holds a Master’s in Educational Psychology from Simon Fraser University and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with BCACC. Esther is passionate about creating a safe, kind, and judgment-free space where healing can begin.
