I have had the privilege of working in the counselling field for the past ten years. I believe the foundation of therapy should be centered on providing a safe, non-judgemental, and compassionate space to navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to support individuals struggling with their sense of self, relationships, and self-efficacy in their lives. My background includes working with adults and couples in developing healthy coping skills, self-worth, and exploring relationship dynamics.
Using a holistic treatment approach I offer the following treatment modalities: Emotion Focused Therapy, Emotion Focused Family Therapy, Motivation Interviewing, CBT, DBT, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy. I work with individuals and couples to build self-efficacy, healthy coping, and healing in their lives.
