I enjoy working with a variety of clients, helping them to live a more fulfilling life. I provide a comfortable, non-judgemental, and safe space for individuals and couples to develop a better understanding of themselves thus gaining insight into feelings, thoughts, behaviours and patterns. A wide range of individuals, from all walks of life, achieve their goals through psychotherapy and counselling since everyone encounters difficulties at some time in their lives. As for couples therapy, it allows partners to identify and overcome individual vulnerabilities and defences that may lead to negative patterns in their relationship.
I have experience in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, sexual dysfunctions, family of origin issues, life transitions, work/life balance and low self-esteem. I also work with couples struggling with communication, conflict resolution, trust, infidelity, intimacy, and sexuality.
Additionally, I assist clients in achieving a more satisfying sex life which in turn increases an individual's self-confidence and a couple's relationship. It is common for individuals to encounter sexual difficulties in their relationships. Sex therapy allows people to learn about their bodies, feelings, and overall sexuality.
