As a queer woman of colour you may struggle with finding a balance to live with societal norms while wanting to live authentic to your choices and values. You may often feel like you are the one that doesn't fit in with groups because you challenge the status quo of what's normal and often tell yourself you know you "should" do something but find yourself at a stand still not knowing why you can't move forward but understand why you need to change things.
I am a lesbian therapist that supports non traditional relationships like ENM, polyamory, open relationships and same sex couples/polycules. I bring a balance of offering psycho education to help you learn about relational and human behaviour while giving you practical tools that will help you manage anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm and rumination.
With my client-centred approach, I hear what your priorities are while offering suggestions that will help you see changes in your life that align with how you want to be in this world. Less talk, more experiential learning, using techniques like EMDR, somatics and emotional awareness.
