Are you are carrying a lot and simply want a place that feels steady, human, and safe? My role as Clinical Director is to help you find the right counsellor fit, so you feel understood from the very first session. Based in downtown Gastown, we offer inclusive in-person and virtual care for individuals, couples, children, youth, and families, starting at $100 for individual sessions with RCC's and direct billing available.
I work alongside a team of highly trained associate counsellors, each with their own areas of specialization. We provide individual, couples, family, and child and youth counselling, with focused support in ICBC recovery, perinatal/postpartum mental health, fertility/parenthood, trauma and addiction, culturally responsive care and identity exploration.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. At Wellness Talks, we believe you already carry the inner wisdom to know what’s right for you—talk therapy simply helps you access it. A supportive in-person workshop for new moms in postpartum and moms with young kids. Join us for a warm, supportive experience focused on normalizing the emotional and physical changes of motherhood. Connect, receive gentle support, and explore matrescence in a compassionate setting.
