Feeling respected, understood and supported is essential to effective therapy. This is the environment I create with people in spite of the intensity of their issues. I walk alongside adults, teens, children and families in the Waterloo Region who want to overcome challenges. There are times when circumstances push us to our limits and it is difficult to see positive outcomes. I will help bring clearer perspective and work with people to find beneficial paths forward.
I have a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology. My specialty is working with children and teens experiencing anxiety and depression. I also specialize in supporting parents and caregivers who encounter challenging behaviours. My other specialties with adults include depression, anxiety, workplace stress, life transitions, self-harm and grief.
I am located in St. Agatha which is a few minutes outside of Waterloo in a peaceful, rural setting. I also work in Cambridge. Evening and Saturday appointments are available. If you feel like I would be a positive fit for you, please contact me. All are welcome without judgement.
