Feeling respected, understood and supported is essential to effective therapy. This is the environment I create with people in spite of the intensity of their issues. I walk alongside adults, older adults and teens, who want to overcome challenges. There are times when circumstances push us to our limits and it is difficult to see positive outcomes. I will help bring clearer perspective and work with people to find beneficial paths forward.
I have a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, certificate in Family Wealth Advising and teaching degree. My initial specialty was working with children and teens experiencing anxiety and depression. I also specialized in supporting parents and caregivers. I currently specialize in financial therapy and supporting teens and adults.
While I predominantly see clients virtually, I occasionally see clients at my office located in St. Agatha which is a few minutes outside of Waterloo ON in a peaceful, rural setting. If you feel like I would be a positive fit for you, please contact me. All are welcome without judgement.
