A condensed version of Bringing Baby Home, the Transition to Parenthood workshop is designed to help expectant couples build awareness around the stressors that can arise in relationships after becoming parents. With a blend of motion focused and Gottman Method exercises and education, soon-to-be parents will learn strategies for strengthening connection and increasing constructive communication.

Couple's Intensive Private Workshop

This workshop is designed to help couples understand negative patterns within their relationship and develop strategies for managing stress and conflict. We offer a blend education and exercises based upon the methods created by renowned couples researcher Dr. John Gottman's as well as elements of Dr. Sue Johnson's emotionally focused couples therapy. We meet with our couples for 3 sessions. Each session is 1.5 hours long and is tailored to suit the specific needs of the couple. We schedule the sessions according to what works best for you.
