It’s common to resist difficult emotions or feel stuck and uncertain of how to make positive change. Thankfully, there are many ways to heal while also honouring the struggles we walk through. With an unwavering commitment to honouring each individual’s place in my practice, I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space for you to explore your experiences, become better acquainted with yourself, and find deeper meaning within your story.
I aim to build trusting, compassionate channels of communication and have experience working with a diverse range of individuals, from parents and veterans, to the kink and ethical non-monogamy communities. My practice is holistic & integrative and is rooted in nearly 20 years of experience within the wellness industry.
With your needs and unique intersectionality in mind, our work together is always collaborative while we discuss your individualized goals for therapy and the best way forward for you. Despite the challenges you face, you have a strong, beautiful, and amazing person within you. I would be honoured to be there when you reintroduce yourself.
