Life can feel like a lot sometimes—whether it’s anxiety, burnout, or a major transition, finding balance isn’t always easy. Maybe you’re managing high-pressure demands, wrestling with self-doubt, or navigating the emotional highs and lows of perinatal or reproductive mental health. You’re looking for a space where you can feel supported, understood, and equipped with the right tools to move forward in a way that feels true to you. I’m Erin, a therapist at Risework Therapy. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental, with influences from trauma-informed, and strength-based practices.
I also hold a diploma in Sport Nutrition and have had the honour of representing Canada at the Olympic Games. This experience has shaped my understanding of resilience, the demands of high performance, and the pursuit of balance in life—insights I bring into my work with clients navigating stress, pressure, and personal growth.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or high-performance stress, we’ll work together to build strategies that help you feel more grounded and in control. Taking the first step can be tough, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re feeling stuck or unsure of what’s next, I’m here to support you.
