You are here ready to process, heal, and grow. That is so brave. My therapeutic approach embraces all that you are and all that you hope to heal. Our journeys are so unique and as your therapist I hope to help you experience, see, and embrace the person that you are while healing in a safe and compassionate environment. I support teens, adults and couples with processing trauma, loss, childhood trauma, intergenerational trauma, medical/health related trauma, relational trauma and life transitions. Additionally, I provide support to those navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and self-esteem/self-worth,.
I use a person-centred integrative approach, pulling from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness. Your journey is so independently yours, therefore I structure each session dependent on your needs and what will support your story best.
My journey has not been without challenges and I fully empathize and understand how hard it can be to reach out for support. Acknowledge yourself and your bravery, and know that you are not alone. No one should struggle alone or feel that their challenges are insurmountable. You deserve the life you seek.
