Hi there, I'm Erin. I've been a psychotherapist in private practice for 11 years now, working predominantly with individuals who suffer from the effects of abuse and trauma, especially in childhood, and are wanting to take steps on their personal journey. The people I seem to work best with are those who may identify as highly sensitive to the world around them - those who think, perceive, or feel deeply. My clinical experience includes working with anxiety and depression, complex trauma, grief, eating disorders, relationship issues, sexual trauma, adult children of alcoholics, and BPD.
I work with many individuals who identify as neurodivergent, highly sensitive, queer, and/or spiritual - there’s lots of space to explore all of this here. If you do not identify with any of this, that's okay too - I welcome anyone who is willing to take the next step on their journey.
