I believe mental health and well-being are an integral part of living a fulfilling life. Having a trusting and healthy relationship with your counsellor is a key factor in creating the change you want to see in your life. This is why I work from a client-centered approach and draw from a range of theoretical orientations to meet your specific needs with a focus on self-compassion and understanding. In doing so, I am best able to help clients navigate the challenges and changes they encounter in their lives.
In particular, I enjoy working from a solution-focused and strengths-based perspective that allows you to identify tangible changes you can make day to day that will help you meet your goals for counselling.
I am currently offering online counselling services for adults and I look forward to joining you on your journey.
