Groups
Resiliency & Recovery Skills for Complex Trauma

A ten-week group for women 25 yrs & older. Provides education, and recovery & resiliency skills for adult survivors of trauma. The group will help you understand the many different thoughts, feelings and symptoms you may have as an adult after experiencing traumatic events. Members are provided with exercises and skills to foster safety and stability. We do not discuss our history. Potential participants will speak with Erin before registering for group to ensure that it is appropriate for them. Next group beginning January 2025. Fee is $600 for the 10 week program. Emotions Education 101 ™

An 8-Class Psychoeducational Curriculum. Trauma-informed education on how to work with emotions in the mind and body for lifelong well-being. The group will cover: - understand emotions with the Change Triangle ® - calm your emotional mind & body - gain tools to ease anxiety and depression - decrease triggers - lessen emotion's destructive powers - move through wounds and emotional challenge. Duration of sessions: 90 minutes. Please note you will be required to access a copy of It's Not Always Depression by Hilary Jacobs Hendel for this psychoeducation based group.
